What ages does SafeChange fit?

SafeChange is designed to fit your baby as soon as they start to roll. Most babies start to roll from 3-6 months. We recommend using SafeChange from 3 months to 3 years old. The SafeChange shown on our product page is our standard size which has swaddles 30cm long. However, we also have a small size which has 20cm long swaddles. Our small size is suitable for newborns to 4 months. We will be adding the small size to our product range later this year however if you would like to order a small size before then simply send us an email.

Can I use SafeChange on any surface?

SafeChange is designed to be used on any flat surface that SafeChange can be fitted to. You can use SafeChange on most change tables, change mats, cots and public restroom change tables. The 2 metre strap allows you to improvise and adapt SafeChange to many flat surfaces. For example, you can use SafeChange on everyday items such as park benches and seats, really anywhere you can fit SafeChange to.

Is SafeChange machine washable?

SafeChange is fully machine washable and comes with a unique designer delicates wash bag. Follow all care instructions on labels

Is SafeChange hypoallergenic?

SafeChange is made from premium hypoallergenic polar fleece

How is SafeChange different from competitors?

Designed and innovated in 2004 by Mum Sian Diddams, BooRooBaby SafeChange is the original and best. Engineered for strength and safety, SafeChange has a 2 metre military grade strap which runs through the entire length of the product and is reinforced with durable stitching at multiple anchor points. Our competitor just sews straps to the ends of their product. Our material is premium hypoallergenic low pilling polar fleece whereas our competitor does not. Our fabric feels like a warm hug from Mum or Dad.

How fast is shipping?

We offer free shipping which normally takes between 7-10 business days. We will always let you know if there is any expected delay.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I track my order?

Every order is provided with tracking information to allow order tracking. You should receive your tracking number soon after your purchase.

What if I need to return SafeChange?

Simply send us an email and we will provide you with a return postal address.

Can I order SafeChange as a gift?

Yes you can, BooRooBaby SafeChange makes an excellent gift. You can fill out the shipping information for the giftee. Be sure to include the recipient's email address to allow them to access our Safe Baby Happy Baby Digital Vault. Please note that only one (1) BooRooBaby Safe Baby Happy Baby Digital Vault lifetime access is provided per transaction.

Usage & Support

Is SafeChange easy to set up?

BooRooBaby SafeChange is designed to be simple and easy to set up. It takes less than a minute to (1) secure SafeChange to any suitable changing surface, (2) wrap baby in soft swaddles around torso of baby just under arms, wrapping baby first from their left to right, then their right to left, (3) secure baby by connecting buckle and tightening strap.

Can grandparents or babysitters use SafeChange?

SafeChange is designed for any caregiver to be able to simply and easily secure SafeChange to any suitable flat surface. 

Do you offer live support?

We offer direct email and messaging support and aim to reply promptly. When you purchase SafeChange you become part of our BooRooBaby family. We offfer a community of like minded parents and caregivers on socials such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok.

What if the SafeChange wears out?

SafeChange is designed to be durable so that you will be able to hand your SafeChange down to your children when they become parents. There is original SafeChanges from 2004 still being used today by family and friends. However, if for any reason your SafeChange does wear out, simply return it and we will provide a full refund or a replacement SafeChange.

What safety reminders should I know?

Always secure BooRooBaby SafeChange for a firm fit as per the instructions. Never leave your baby unattended. Always secure your baby as per the instructions. Always follow instructions on all labels.
